The Strategic Foresight Team of the European Commission’s Global Service Facility is carrying out a Foresight Study on Research and Innovation (R&I) Futures in EU Enlargement Countries. The study aims to support policymakers in preparing for future uncertainties by identifying key trends and drivers of change, exploring alternative futures, and developing actionable policy options.
In this context, the Strategic Foresight Team invites research and innovation stakeholders from EU enlargement countries to take part in an online survey on trends shaping R&I futures. The goal is to collect feedback on a set of identified trends. This will help the next stage of this strategic foresight, including the development of future scenarios.

Confidentiality
All responses are treated as strictly confidential and will be used solely for the purposes of this study. Survey results will be analysed and reported only in an aggregated and anonymous form. Individual responses will not be shared with third parties, including the European Commission.
