The Science and Technology Park Montenegro (STP MNE) is a key institution in Montenegro’s national innovation ecosystem, created to foster collaboration between academia, business, and government. Co-founded by the
University of Montenegro, STP supports startups and SMEs through incubation, mentoring, training, and access to regional and European innovation networks. The park plays a strategic role in national policy
development, including the elaboration and implementation of Montenegro’s Smart Specialisation Strategy and its digital transformation agenda. As a partner in POLICY ANSWERS, STP has built direct experience in
organising policy dialogue, supporting regional information platforms, and implementing pilot actions to strengthen research-industry cooperation. In POLICY ENLARGE, STP MNE leads Task 2.3 (Policy Learning) and Task
4.6 (national capacity building in Montenegro).
