After three years of intensive capacity-building activities on the twin transition and monitoring and evaluation, the Institute Mihajlo Pupin launched a new round of workshops in 2026 — this time focused on one of the most requested topics by SMEs: practical applications of AI in business.
The need for such skills was clearly expressed by entrepreneurs already three years ago. Building on that feedback, IMP allocated part of its unspent budget to organise a four-city AI roadshow covering Čačak, Novi Pazar, Belgrade, and Novi Sad — all key hubs of entrepreneurial activity in Serbia.
📍The journey kicked off on 15 April in Čačak at the Regional Chamber of Commerce, where 29 entrepreneurs gathered to explore AI solutions for their businesses. It then continued in Novi Pazar (16 April, European House) and Belgrade (20 April, Institute Mihajlo Pupin), with the final stop in Novi Sad taking place tomorrow, 21 April, at the Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina.
All workshops are delivered by Tijana Sekulić and Mile Kostić, certified AI managers accredited by the Austrian Certification Body and the Centre for Digital Transformation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.
This AI roadshow represents a natural continuation of IMP’s support to SMEs — moving from digital transformation towards practical, hands-on AI adoption.
