  CEON/CEES is an independent, Belgrade, Serbia-based ST&I observatory. Formally, it is non-governmental, non-for-profit organisation with the status of a legal person. It is gathering scientists and practitioners from different RTD institutions to work together on issues of evaluation in science and higher education. An important part of CEON/CEES’s activities is reserved for the development of information systems used for evaluation purposes.
