Description of the programme/policy
EESTEC SSA provides a unique opportunity for further development of ambitious students with assets of non-formal education. These assets, will be expected from them in their future working place. Every local event provides trainings in certain topics of soft skills (personal and social skills).
Main objective of the programme/policy
EESTEC SSA aims to help bridge the gap between technical knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with others. SSA helps individuals develop interpersonal and communication skills that are essential in the workplace and in personal relationships. It also develops individuals self-confidence and self-awareness, which can lead to greater success in both their personal and professional lives.
Specific objective of the programme/policy
EESTEC SSA is a workshop which includes interactive and educational training for developing skills such as effective communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, leadership, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. The topics covered in the winter edition of SSA were Persuasion Skills and Motivation/Productivity.
