Professional development programmes aims: Innovative approaches in the implementation of career guidance and counselling activities, Career guidance and counselling as a support mechanism for students from vulnerable social groups, Step towards comprehensive quality career guidance and counselling services in secondary schools, and Standards of career guidance and counselling – application in the practice of career practitioners

Main objective of the programme/policy

BOŠ is implementing 4 professional development programmes in the field of career guidance and counselling in order to: support employment, reduce the number of young people who leave school, increase success in school as well as facilitate the process of transition to the labour market.
