Short description of initiative/best practice

The action plan for gender equality of the University of Sarajevo, through concrete activities, contributes to the improvement of gender equality at the University of Sarajevo in four primary areas:

1. Improved gender equality in all areas of work at the University of Sarajevo
2. The teaching-scientific and non-teaching staff of the University of Sarajevo have strengthened capacities to promote gender equality in the work of the University of Sarajevo through the creation of training programs and the implementation of education
3. Integrated principle of gender equality through work with students of the University of Sarajevo
4. Improved gender equality in the scientific and artistic work and production of the University of Sarajevo.
