Improving work with youth in the community” is an initiative aimed at improving the quality of work with youth in local communities in Montenegro. Through a series of activities and programmes, the initiative aims to empower young people and improve their social and economic status. This includes support for young people in education, employment, culture, sports, and other areas. Additionally, the initiative aims to encourage active participation of young people in society and the development of local communities, as well as to improve cooperation between young people, youth organisations, and local authorities. This initiative was launched as part of the national youth development strategy in Montenegro, with the aim of creating a more favourable environment for the development of young people and improving their status in society.
