Kosovo Archival Material Digitization: New High-Resolution Scanners in Action, 1.4 Million Documents Scanned

At a rapid pace, there is a massive digitisation of archival documentation taking place in Kosovo.

High-resolution scanners have now been installed to digitise our state’s archival material. So far, the archive has scanned 1.4 million documents.

Recognising the historical, scientific, and cultural importance of archival materials, Kosovo is ensuring their preservation, enriching the archive’s holdings with significant documents of the country.
