As part of the POLICY ANSWERS project, a total of 11 workshops on the topics of Digital Transformation and Green Transition were conducted between 27 March 2023 and 1 June 2024. All workshops were held in 5 cities (Belgrade, Novi Sad, Čačak, Kruševac, and Niš), spanning 4 regions of the Republic of Serbia (Belgrade Region, Vojvodina Region, Šumadija and Western Serbia Region, and Southern and Eastern Serbia Region). A total of 214 participants attended these workshops – 149 entrepreneurs attended 6 workshops on Digital Transformation, while 65 entrepreneurs attended 5 workshops on Green Transition.
Considering gender representation at the workshops, based on evaluation forms filled out during the workshops, out of the total number of registered entrepreneurs (214), 136 were women entrepreneurs (89 attended the digital transformation workshops, and 47 attended the green transition workshops). Of the remaining registered participants 78 were men (60 participated at the digital transformation workshops, and 18 attended the green transition workshops).
