Recognizing the importance of cooperation between the academic community and the business sector, INTERA Technology Park implements the BOOST project, which is supported by the project “Innovations and digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina/EU4DigitalSME”, which is co-financed by the European Union and the Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ) , and implemented by GIZ. As part of the BOOST project, a public call for all interested small and medium-sized enterprises was opened on 8 August 2023.
The Innovation Voucher Scheme is a program designed to promote cooperation between industry and the academic community to develop innovative solutions for local small and medium-sized enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The general goal of the program is to support innovation processes in small and medium-sized enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina through the cooperation of the academic community and the economic sector.
The subject of this Public Call for small and medium-sized enterprises is the selection of small and medium-sized enterprises that will choose a service provider, establish contact with them and together with the service provider apply for a voucher. It is possible to register exclusively for the use of one of the presented services in the catalog of service providers found at the link: CATALOG FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS
Pre-selected service providers through the service catalog offer a set of services that they are ready and competent to provide to small and medium-sized enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Innovation vouchers will be awarded for projects related to product development, technological innovation or initiatives and digital transformation projects of small and medium-sized enterprises. For this purpose, SMEs will have to prove that:
- are qualified as eligible users within IVS,
- identify the appropriate service provider from the list/catalogue of selected entities
- have a real need that can be met by the services that can be obtained through the program
- they defined the concept of the project in cooperation with the service provider or independently.
The maximum value of one voucher is 5,000.00 EUR (in BAM currency), and the minimum is 2,000.00 KM. Participation by a small or medium-sized enterprise is a minimum of 10% of the value of the voucher.
