Erasmus+ Call for Applications for the Radboud University Summer School

Based on the institutional agreement for credit mobility concluded under the Erasmus+ programme, the University of Montenegro announces a call for applications for the Radboud University Summer School in the Netherlands.

The courses offered during the Summer School are spread over three weeks, from 23 June to 4 July 2025. Participants must choose one course lasting one week.

• Academic staff and researchers
• Doctoral students with a signed employment contract with the University of Montenegro

Mobility details

• Mobility period: One week (5 working days + 2 travel days) between 23 June and 4 July 2025
• Number of mobilities available: 7
• Mobility funding: Erasmus+ grants are provided to cover the stay, including the registration fee for the Summer School

2. Send the required documentation (listed below) as a single PDF file to the Vice-Dean for International Cooperation by the specified deadline.

The final decision on the acceptance of candidates will be made by the partner university.

Candidates who cancel their mobility are required to inform the Office for International Cooperation and Mobility, as well as the Radboud Summer School coordinator, as soon as possible.

Required documentation

1. Mobility Agreement
   • Must include a clearly developed activity plan, signed by the candidate and the dean, with the proposed duration of stay
   • Should include only the mobility period, excluding travel days (forms available in the attachments)
2. CV
   • In Europass format, with a list of publications
3. Employment certificate
   • Form available in the attachments
4. Motivation letter (in English)
   • Must include a proposal for weeks and selected courses (courses are chosen within weeks)
5. Report on previous mobility (if applicable)
   • A brief report (500 characters) with an attached photo

Late or incomplete online applications, as well as incomplete documentation, will not be considered.

Important notes

• Teaching and/or scientific staff and doctoral students may apply if they are employed full-time at the University of Montenegro at the time of application and during the mobility period.
• The home faculty is responsible for submitting the candidate’s application to the Office for International Cooperation and Mobility.
• The mobility duration specified in the competition cannot be shortened—late arrivals or early departures are not permitted.
• To promote the Erasmus+ programme, candidates must submit a report on their completed mobility (500 characters, with a photo) to the Office for International Cooperation and Mobility within 10 days of returning.
• Selected candidates will be informed of the application procedure and any additional required documents in due course.
