College of Europe Launches Second Edition of EU Diplomatic Programme for Enlargement Region

Following the success of its inaugural edition, the College of Europe has opened the call for applications for the second edition of the European Union Diplomatic Programme for the Enlargement Region. The new cycle of the programme is set to take place from 31 August 2025 to 31 January 2026.

The call is specifically designed for junior diplomats and public officials working in foreign policy or EU accession fields from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo*, the Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine and Türkiye*.

Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their applications by 15 June 2025 (18:00 CET).
