French–Serbian Programme “Pavle Savić”

Since 2003, more than 150 research projects have received support and benefited from “Pavle Savić – Hubert Curien Partnership” programme.

The aim of this two-year programme is to foster high-level scientific and technical collaboration in both countries, with a special focus on creating new partnerships and involving young researchers in projects. In Serbia, the programme is managed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, while in France it is implemented by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, in cooperation with the French Institute in Serbia.

All scientific fields are eligible, including humanities and social sciences. Funding is strictly limited to covering mobility costs for researchers involved in the joint project.

Since its launch, the programme has played an important role in strengthening scientific partnerships at a higher level, particularly within EU-funded projects. It also contributes to the training of young experts and the publication of joint research outputs.
