PULSAR) Program is a regional and country-level program targeting the Western Balkans and the EU Eastern Partnership countries.
Main objective of the programme/policy
Supporting the development of public sector accounting and financial reporting frameworks in line with international standards and good practice. PPULSAR aims to support the enhancement of participating countries’ Public Sector Accounting (PSA) and financial reporting frameworks in line with international standards and in accordance with good practices, in order to improve government accountability, transparency, and performance.
Specific objective of the programme/policy
The regional program consists of a regional and country-level project in Albania. The regional program also consists of three subtasks each focusing on different aspect of public sector accounting reform implementation.
