Eligibility of Applicants:
- Open only to employees of Full Member institutes of the European One Health Association (EOHA).
- Member institutes are permitted to submit only one application.
- Applications from members who did not submit proposals in previous years will be prioritised.
Where should the Workshop be undertaken?
- At the applicant’s home institute.
Call Topics should be related to:
- Mission and strategic goals of the Association, particularly:
- Sharing expertise and harmonising methodologies.
- Fostering One Health research, including cross-sector collaboration to improve the prevention, detection and control of zoonoses and antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
- EOHA’s strategy to strengthen the environmental pillar of One health, for example by addressing issues related to:
- Risks of exposure of humans and/or animals to micro-organisms (including parasites) in their living environments, e.g. farms, slaughterhouses or hospitals;
- Wildlife-, vector- and arthropod-borne zoonotic infections;
- Risks of AMR transmission through the environment;
- Impact of environmental changes (e.g. climate change, biodiversity loss), and changes in food production systems, on the risks of emerging zoonoses and/or AMR.
- Topics that support the sustainability objectives of the One Health EJP (see Annex 2) are considered of added value.
