Awarding of the Green Flag and Renewal of Eco-School Status

The Institute for Education (Montenegro) announces a call for the awarding of the Green Flag to registered institutions that implement the international Eco-Schools program, as well as for the renewal or reaccreditation of institutions that are already recipients of this award. This year, Eco-Schools that have held the Green Flag award and international Eco-School recognition for over 6 years and have consistently demonstrated exceptional results (participation in national and international campaigns, winning awards at national and international competitions, project implementation) will have the opportunity to receive the Bronze Medal award through the reaccreditation process.

Institutions that have been piloting the program for at least two school years can apply to gain the status of an international Eco-School and receive the Green Flag award. To apply, it is necessary to complete the Application Form for the Green Flag award and submit it along with the accompanying documentation to the email address nevena.cabrilo@zzs.gov.me.

Subsequently, institutions will undergo an accreditation process conducted by members of the National Team for the implementation of the Eco-Schools program, based on the Accreditation Questionnaire – Criteria for the Awarding of the Green Flag.

Completed Application Forms along with the accompanying documentation should be submitted to the email address natasa.peric@zzs.gov.me.
