Inform policy decisions and enhance public service monitoring.
Develop platforms for citizen engagement and feedback on public services.
Advocate for policies supporting digital tools in human rights efforts.
Promote cooperation to share best practices in using technology for rights monitoring.

This call aligns with Kosovo’s Digital Agenda 2030 and the EU’s Action Plan for Democracy and Human Rights, emphasising gender equality, digital inclusion, and protection against digital harms.
