The call has a budget of 38 million euros and it will be open from the publication in the Official Bulletin of the Puglia Region n. 46 of 6 June 2024 within 11:59 AM of the 6th of September 2024.
The call is addressed to public bodies, bodies governed by public law and non-profit private bodies. Lead partners and project partners must be established in Italy, Albania and Montenegro, whereas the Programme area covers the two Italian regions Puglia and Molise and the whole territory of Albania and Montenegro.
Budget and Duration
The call finances standard projects, whose budget will range from € 600.000 to € 1.500.000 (IPA + National co-financing per project, with a duration no longer than 30 months and no shorter than 18 months).
Priorities of investments
The proposals can be submitted under 4 Programme Priorities and 7 Specific Objectives
1. Smart
- 1.1. SMEs, the actions shall aim at improving the framework conditions for growth and competitiveness of SMEs, incl. micro SMEs.
2. Green
- 2.1 Risks, the actions shall aim at promoting climate change adaptation, risk prevention and disaster resilience.
- 2.2. Biodiversity, the actions shall aim at enhancing biodiversity, green infrastructure in the urban environment, and reducing pollution, including water, soil and air pollution (such as PM emissions).
- 3 Energy, actions shall contribute to promoting energy efficiency.
3. Connected
- 3.1. Transport: the actions shall aim at developing sustainable, climate resilient, intelligent and intermodal national, regional and local1 mobility, including improved access to TEN-T and cross-border mobility, through soft measures.
4. Social
- 4.1. Skills: The actions shall aim at improving to inclusive and quality services in education, training and life long learning through cross-border actions with a view to increasing the skills levels
- 4.2. Inclusive tourism: Enhancing the role of culture and tourism in economic development, social inclusion and social innovation, through cross-border actions

Partners Search
Applicants may search for potential partners filling in THIS FORM. Partner searches are published on the programme website, if they include at least a selection of one specific objective, a 500 characters description of the project idea, the type of partners searched, the countries, the contact person email and a consensus on the publication of the data.

The Interreg IPA South Adriatic will organize 4 Info Days to present the call. The Info Day calendar will be:
