Policy Report on Western Balkans Mobility Scheme

POLICY ANSWERS implemented the “Western Balkans Mobility Scheme” (WBMS) as a pilot initiative implemented by the project partner DLR. The process of implementation and evaluation has been documented and lessons learnt are shared in details related to this scheme by our main author and task leader Ralf Hanatschek.

Policy Report Circulating Excellence: Rethinking Research Mobility in the Western Balkans

Furthermore, our POLICY ANSWERS partner GSI carried out a broader study in relation to options for sustainability of mobility programmes. The interviews and results have been documented by the authors Pradeep Ghosh and Destine Prayogi Mertadiwangsa.
