The “Re-imagining the Playing Field – A Gender Equality in Sport Project” aims to promote gender equality in sports by addressing gender representation imbalances, raising awareness about inequalities, and supporting organisations in adopting and applying gender equality policies across their operations.

Project Objectives:

1. Understanding Barriers: Gather insights from female athletes, coaches, referees, and experts through interviews, sharing results via a podcast.
2. Promoting Gender Equality: Organize workshops for sports professionals on equal opportunities, gender-sensitive practices, and representation in sports.
3. Building Capacity: Equip organizations to foster gender equality through workshops and a toolkit for inclusiveness and equality.
4. Raising Awareness: Conduct public campaigns and outreach to increase understanding of gender inequalities in sports.
