Albania: NASRI Launches 2026 National Research and Innovation Calls for stronger participation in Horizon Europe

The Albanian National Agency of Scientific Research and Innovation (NASRI) has opened several national funding programmes for 2026, strengthening the local research and innovation ecosystem. These programmes support research capacity, infrastructure development and innovation activities at national level, contributing to stronger participation in European research and innovation frameworks, including Horizon Europe.

The newly launched calls include:

• Technology and Innovation Programme (PTI) 2026

• Science Research Infrastructure Programme (PIKSH) 2026

• Research and Development Programme (PKKZH) 2026

• Bilateral Albania–Türkiye Call (2026–2028)
