BusinessEurope has published a position paper on the European Competitiveness Fund (ECF), a package of financial incentives based on 14 existing EU programmes, including Horizon Europe.

The position paper is relevant to the Western Balkans context as the ECF is expected to shape the EU’s broader funding landscape, including Horizon Europe, in the coming years — with implications for how the region engages with EU programmes and partnerships.
