Kosovo and Austria sign Cooperation Agreement for co-financing the SHER Programme

The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci and the Managing Director for the World Service in Austria, Veronika Nitsche signed a Cooperation Agreement for co-financing the program “Higher Education and Sustainable Scientific Research – SHER”, worth 2,750,000 euros!

SHER, which is being implemented and is expected to be completed in 2027, aims to address essential aspects of higher education, such as: financing of Higher Education Institutions based on performance, reviewing and improving the statutes of HEIs and harmonising regulations, implementing the National Science Programme, etc.
