On 18 December 2025, the Foundation for Management and Industrial Research (MIR) delivered the second specialised training on innovation management, this time focused on service companies. The training supported companies seeking to improve processes, service quality, and customer experience through structured and practical innovation approaches.
Led by Aleksandar Celeski, Certified Management Consultant (CMC®), the session introduced key types of service innovation, common organisational barriers, and the principles of ISO 56002. Participants explored practical tools such as idea management systems, roadmaps, and KPIs, and worked on identifying concrete opportunities to enhance internal processes and customer value.
The training concluded with practical insights and shared experiences, highlighting that innovation in the service sector is a continuous, structured process that drives measurable improvements and competitiveness. The activity was organised by MIR in cooperation with POLICY ANSWERS and Enterprise Europe Network Macedonia, in line with the TwinTech Connect 2025 Communiqué priorities.
