At a time when innovation is becoming a driver of competitiveness, efficiency and long-term growth, developing innovation capabilities is essential for any company that wishes to remain relevant in the market. To support companies in North Macedonia in recognising and applying modern approaches to innovation management, we have prepared two specialised training programmes tailored to different business models and organisational needs.
Participants may register for one or both trainings, depending on their sector and the specific needs of their company.
Training 1: Innovation Management for Product-Based Companies (11.12.2025)

This training is designed for companies that wish to strengthen their innovation potential and introduce a structured system for managing ideas and processes. Through interactive activities and practical examples, participants will gain a clear understanding of what innovation management entails and how it can create measurable value for product-oriented companies.
The programme will cover different types of innovation, the importance of innovation for competitiveness and the most common challenges faced by companies working with products. Participants will receive guidance on establishing an innovation management system (including ISO 56002), organising roles and responsibilities and fostering an innovation culture using tools such as the innovation funnel, idea-management systems and KPIs.
By participating in this training, you will:
• Receive guidance on how to establish an organised innovation process from idea to implementation.
• Learn how to build an innovation culture and strengthen team engagement.
• Gain access to practical tools, templates and steps for developing an innovation process.
• Create a mini-plan outlining the first actions your company will take in the coming period.
Training 2: Innovation Management for Service-Based Companies (18.12.2025)

This training focuses on service companies seeking to improve processes, service quality and customer experience through innovation. Participants will explore how innovation affects the service sector, which types of innovation are most relevant, how customer expectations are evolving and which myths and barriers most often hinder innovation activity.
The programme will also address principles for organising an innovation management system (including ISO 56002), the roles of innovation teams and management, and tools for improving innovation processes and user experience. Structured case studies from service companies will be presented as examples of successful implementation.
