POLICY ANSWERS Training Completed for Academic Staff and Students at the University of Banja Luka

As part of the POLICY ANSWERS project in which the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Banja Luka is one of the partners, the fourth and final workshop in the training series “Project Proposal Development: From Idea to Realisation” was held on 13 June 2025.

Over the course of four sessions held in May and June 2025, participants had the opportunity to explore various stages of project cycle management, understand and identify different policies that shape research and development funding, learn about the logical framework approach to project design, and develop a project concept independently or in groups.

The training was delivered by Andjela Pepić, Assistant Professor and Head of the Centre for Research Development and Support at the University of Banja Luka, and Milica Marić, Project Manager at the same Centre.
