Public call for the selection of expert committee members – support for the early stage of startup development

The Innovation Fund of Montenegro has issued a public call for the selection of expert committee members who will evaluate project proposals submitted under its Support Programme for Early-Stage Startup Development.

The initiative, with a total budget of €400,000, aims to support the growth of Montenegro’s startup ecosystem by offering financial and mentoring assistance to new and existing startups developing high-growth potential solutions. Successful applicants may receive up to €35,000 in funding per project.

To ensure an impartial and professional evaluation process, the Fund is seeking three independent experts with relevant experience and expertise to assess proposals and recommend funding decisions. The selection process will follow international best practices to ensure transparency and fairness.

The evaluation is scheduled to take place in June and July 2025, with project pitches to the expert committee planned for early July in Podgorica.
