Riinvest’s Roundtable on Building a Stronger Support System in Advancing Innovation

As part of the POLICY ANSWERS project, Riinvest organized a roundtable discussion titled “Ecosystem of Innovations – Support System” in Kosovo*.

The event focused on:

• The importance of research and innovation for Kosovo’s economic development.
• The proposed Innovation Fund and the draft Law on Innovation as steps toward creating a robust infrastructure.
• Challenges like insufficient funding and restrictive legal frameworks that hinder faster sectoral growth.

Recommendations included building stronger research-industry connections and enhancing the implementation of national research and development objectives.
