Seminar “Gender Equality in Business and the Business Community

The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina organized the seminar “Gender Equality in Business and the Business Community”, 30 August 2024. in the premises of the Chamber in Sarajevo.

The aim of the education was to point out the basic aspects of gender equality, to encourage understanding of the importance of gender equality for business and the wider social community, acceptance of diversity in selection and selection during employment, promotion and positioning in business society. Special focus was on understanding gender-based stereotypes and unwanted behaviours that undermine good communication and cooperation of employees within work organizations and the business community. The workshop was held by Dr. Anđela Pepić, assistant professor of the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Banja Luka.
