Danube Strategy Flagships are projects or processes that contribute to the implementation of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR), with a clear macro-regional dimension and a multi-level governance approach. They are of great significance for the economic, social, and territorial cohesion of the Danube Region, and for enhancing the quality of life within it.

The POLICY ANSWERS team is immensely proud to be part of this selection and looks forward to continuing its contributions to the EUSDR!

Danube Strategy Flagships strengthen both internal and external communication regarding the Strategy, while raising the visibility of key topics, initiatives, and opportunities in the Danube Region. They highlight the progress made in implementing the EUSDR and exemplify how cooperation has led to significant improvements within the Region.

EUSDR National Coordinators and Priority Area Coordinators with the respective Steering Groups, in their capacity as representatives and key implementers of the EUSDR, as well as the Danube Strategy Point, are committed to contribute to and promote Danube Strategy Flagships in accordance with the Guidance Paper for identifying and listing Danube Strategy Flagships.
