Training for Overcoming Gender Stereotypes in the Labor Market

A “Training for Overcoming Gender Stereotypes in the Labour Market” was implemented as part of the project “CBC Equalizer for Gender and Age in the Workplace,”. The training aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of gender stereotypes in the labour market, raise awareness, and equip them with effective strategies for overcoming this issue. The training began with an in-depth exploration of the origins of gender stereotypes, examining historical, cultural, and social influences. Participants engaged in interactive discussions and exercises that highlighted how these stereotypes not only affect individual career choices and trajectories but also undermine labour market stability in the national economy.
