TwinTech Talk Sparks Dialogue on Innovation and AI in Skopje

On 12 June, the Cinematheque of Macedonia hosted TwinTech Talk, a dynamic event that brought together professionals from the tech, research, and business sectors to explore the evolving relationship between human creativity and artificial intelligence.

Organised by the Foundation for Management and Industrial Research in collaboration with the POLICY ANSWERS project and Enterprise Europe Network Macedonia, the event featured thought-provoking talks from three leading speakers.

Monika Rizovska Tanevska, Director of Women in Tech Macedonia, highlighted AI’s transformative potential in addressing societal, health, and environmental challenges. Gogo Rafajlovski, Operations Manager at Networker, emphasised the growing importance of intellectual capital and raised critical questions around ownership in human-machine collaboration. Irena Jakimova, trainer and coach, inspired attendees to embrace AI as a tool for growth while underlining the irreplaceable role of human intuition.

The evening concluded with informal networking, providing space for future collaboration and exchange of ideas. TwinTech Talk is part of a wider initiative to foster creativity, learning, and innovation in North Macedonia.
