BIT Centar, established in 2005 is located in of Tuzla. Its primary mission is to support and accelerate the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the information and communication technology (ICT) sector. The center offers a comprehensive ecosystem that includes an incubator for ICT companies, a training center, a research and development lab, and the CODE Hub coworking space.
Occupying approximately 3,000 square meters across five buildings, BIT Centar hosts around 25 companies and 230 professionals, including engineers, researchers, and students. It collaborates closely with the University of Tuzla, particularly the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, to bridge the gap between academia and industry. Over the years, BIT Centar has implemented numerous projects in partnership with local and international organizations, contributing significantly to the development of the ICT industry in the region.
