Kosovo’s NCP system for Horizon Europe operates under the coordination of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation of Kosovo. The structure consists of designated thematic NCPs responsible for different pillars and clusters of the programme.
The system provides advisory services including proposal screening, dissemination of calls, training workshops and information days. Given Kosovo’s status as an associated country, strengthening administrative and technical capacities of NCPs has been a strategic priority, with support from EU-funded capacity-building projects and participation in transnational NCP networks.
