Montenegro’s National Contact Point system for Horizon Europe

Montenegro’s NCP system is coordinated by the Ministry of Science and Technological Development of Montenegro (institutional names evolve following governmental restructuring). The country has established a structured network of thematic NCPs covering all pillars of Horizon Europe.

The NCP network provides systematic proposal support, including pre-screening services, partner brokerage assistance and awareness-raising events. Montenegro has invested in strengthening professionalisation of NCP services, including participation in EU-level NCP coordination projects and alignment with smart specialisation priorities.
