Serbia’s NCP system for Horizon Europe is coordinated by the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of Serbia. Operational implementation is supported by a structured and professionalised NCP network with designated thematic experts.
Serbia has one of the most developed NCP systems in the Western Balkans, benefitting from long-standing participation in EU Framework Programmes. Services include proposal checks, financial and legal advisory support, partner search assistance and regular information events. The country also participates actively in European NCP coordination projects, which enhances knowledge transfer and best-practice exchange.
