The UNDP Bosnia and Herzegovina Accelerator Lab, launched in October 2019, has led over a dozen experiments and supported country programme delivery. Its work focuses on three areas: sustainable and inclusive growth, good governance and public services, and organisational innovation.
Key initiatives include projects on green and digital economies, a carbon offsetting marketplace, a pandemic impact tracker, and public consultation tools. The Lab is also testing green procurement, emergency tech solutions, and developing the country’s first Open Innovation platform, while building in-house innovation capacity and exploring horizon technologies.
