Global Volunteer programme enhances young people’s leadership skills through a volunteering project contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals.

Main objective of the programme/policy

Global Volunteer (GV) offers young individuals the chance to cultivate essential leadership qualities, such as self-awareness, solution orientation, empowering others, and global citizenship, through cross-cultural volunteering experiences.

Specific objective of the programme/policy

Global Volunteers works to create, nurture and sustain the well-being of the world’s children and their community, so they can realize the full promise of their human potential.
