To enhance research, innovation, and cooperation between Ukrainian researchers and their counterparts in European Union member states, with a specific focus on supporting displaced researchers from Ukraine in the aftermath of the Russian Federation’s invasion.
Specific objective of the programme/policy
Enable displaced researchers to maintain connections with research and innovation communities in Ukraine, preventing a permanent brain drain and contributing to the strengthening of the Ukrainian university and research sector. If safe conditions for return are met, facilitate the reintegration of researchers into Ukraine to prevent permanent brain drain and contribute to the development of the national research sector.
