The National programme for Combating the grey Economy is a government-led programme in Serbia aimed at reducing and eliminating the grey economy, which refers to economic activity that is legal but unreported for tax or regulatory purposes.

The main objectives of the programme are to increase the level of tax compliance, reduce the size of the grey economy, promote the development of the formal economy, and create a level playing field for all market participants. By achieving these objectives, the programme aims to strengthen the overall economic performance of Serbia, increase public revenue, and improve the standard of living for citizens.
