The Western Balkans Investment Framework

The strategy goal is to strengthen regional cooperation, economic development, and the rule of law, with a focus on supporting these countries’ efforts to become part of the EU. It includes various programmes, initiatives, policies, and strategies in areas such as transport, energy, tourism, culture, and education, as well as the Berlin Process, which involves regular political meetings between leaders. The initiative aims to promote stability, economic development, and regional cooperation in the Western Balkans region, with a view to ultimately integrating these countries into the EU.
