Description of the programme / policy
The General Objective of this Call for Proposals is to support the process of reconciliation in the Western Balkans by providing young people with opportunities that create space for dialogue, mutual learning and increased understanding across communities and RYCO’s Contracting Parties, and to contribute to increasing capacities of schools to offer such opportunities.

The General Objective of the third RYCO Open Call for Proposals is to support the process of reconciliation in the Western Balkans by providing young people with opportunities that create space for dialogue, mutual learning and increased understanding across communities and RYCO’s Contracting Parties, and to contribute to increasing capacities of schools to offer such opportunities.
Specific objective of the programme/policy
This Call is specifically designed to provide decisive support to schools and actors within schools who are already contributing to this vision and are in need of assistance to continue or to expand on their work in this regard.
