The programme offers workshops that help female entrepreneurs on digitalizing their businesses; improving their leadership and management skills; mentoring; and helping them apply and access funds offered to women in business

EBRD works with women-led small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to help promote women’s participation in business.

From accessing finance to business advice, the programme helps to gain the skills, knowledge and resources needed to take the next step.
