Transnational Training Models for Fostering Young Women’s Entrepreneurship

The Transnational Training Models for Fostering YWE Women in Business is a methodology and guide on enhancing entrepreneurial skills through a needs assessment approach. This methodology applies to women especially, but not only.  It is informed by studies and interviews which identify the barriers that women face the most, such as the competencies barrier or the lack of information about how to start a business, followed by a lack of entrepreneurial skills, uncertainty about the future in case of starting own business, followed by the risk of losing the balance between work and personal life. Not surprisingly, financing and budgeting was the business field where most respondents would like to improve. The guide then proceeds to build training models that rely on three main sets of skills: Soft, Business/Entrepreneurial and Digital.
