INNOFEIT EDIH is North Macedonia’s European Digital Innovation Hub, established in 2025 to help companies and public institutions adopt advanced digital technologies. It operates as part of the EU’s network of European Digital Innovation Hubs, which support digital transformation across Europe.

Its core functions include:

• Test-before-invest services such as testing, prototyping, and experimentation
• Support for AI adoption, digital twins, IoT, and high-performance computing
• Cybersecurity services and readiness assessments
• Training, upskilling, and advisory support for SMEs and the public sector
• Helping organisations advance their digital maturity and innovation capacity

INNOFEIT brings together university expertise, laboratory facilities, and innovation-support services to act as the main entry point for EU digital-transformation initiatives. It also links North Macedonia to broader European programmes, positioning it as a key hub for developing AI- and HPC-enabled innovation in the region.
