As of 30 April 2026, the POLICY ANSWERS project reaches its conclusion, marking the end of an impactful phase in strengthening research and innovation cooperation with the Western Balkans. Over the past years, its support has enabled the Western Balkans Info Hub to grow into a trusted platform for sharing knowledge, opportunities, and policy developments across the region.
Today, we are pleased to announce that this journey will continue under a new initiative: POLICY ENLARGE.
This transition ensures not only continuity, but also evolution. With POLICY ENLARGE, the Info Hub will expand its scope beyond the Western Balkans to include additional EU enlargement countries—Georgia, Moldova, Türkiye, and Ukraine. By bringing together stakeholders from across this wider region, we aim to foster stronger connections, deeper policy dialogue, and increased participation in European programmes and initiatives.
In the coming months, the Info Hub will also undergo a comprehensive redesign. Our goal is to create a more intuitive, accessible, and engaging platform that better serves the needs of an expanding and diverse community. Users can expect a more user-friendly interface, improved navigation, and enriched content tailored to a broader audience—from policymakers and researchers to innovators, entrepreneurs, and young professionals.
This transformation reflects our commitment to remain a central gateway for information, collaboration, and opportunity across the enlargement region. As the European landscape evolves, so too must the tools that connect us.
We warmly invite new users from Georgia, Moldova, Türkiye, and Ukraine—as well as our long-standing community in the Western Balkans—to explore the Info Hub and become part of this next phase.
