A high-level delegation from Evolution Equity Partners, one of the world’s leading investment funds in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and advanced digital technologies, visited Montenegro as part of its regional tour.
The visit, organised with regional partner Cyber Front, brought together representatives of the startup community, institutions, investors and academia at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro.
Three startups, Pinokio, Paidt and Uhura, presented their solutions during a pitch session, with Pinokio making a particularly strong impression. A panel discussion followed, focusing on the investment potential and future of cybersecurity and AI in Montenegro and the Western Balkans.
Speakers highlighted the region’s growing innovation capacity and the need to strengthen ties between local ecosystems and global investors. The presence of Evolution Equity Partners signals increasing international interest in the Western Balkans and positions Montenegro as an emerging point on the global innovation map.
The visit underscores the region’s readiness to engage in global technological transformation and contribute to the development of advanced digital solutions and security technologies.
