The Second National AI Conference, titled “AI DIRECTLY: Montenegro in the Time of AI Challenges,” was held on 3 December 2025 at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro. The event, organised by the Science and Technology Park, the Association of Managers of Montenegro and the Academy for Leadership, Management and Corporate Governance, brought together key representatives from business, academia, government and the tech ecosystem, underlining the growing importance of artificial intelligence for Montenegro’s economic and social development.
Speakers at the conference included Budimir Raičković (President of the Association of Managers of Montenegro), Minister of Public Administration Maraš Dukaj and global investor Mohamed Alabbar, who highlighted AI’s potential as a driver of innovation. A central session featured an AI Open Talk with Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, focusing on Montenegro’s strategic direction for AI, public sector transformation and economic modernisation.
The programme also included panels on AI in banking and business, applications in education and healthcare, and how AI is changing business models. New AI solutions and projects were showcased, emphasising Montenegro’s opportunity to become a leader in advanced technologies.
