Fostering Innovative Careers is an upcoming event organised within the Science|Business Widening Group, bringing together stakeholders from research, innovation, and policy to explore how research careers can be made more attractive, sustainable, and inclusive across Europe.
The event will focus on structural challenges and emerging opportunities in research careers, including career pathways beyond academia, institutional support mechanisms, and the role of innovation ecosystems in talent development. Particular attention will be given to widening perspectives and reducing structural barriers for researchers across different European regions.
As POLICY ANSWERS is a member of the Science|Business Widening Group, the event is highly relevant for our community and aligns with the project’s broader engagement with research and innovation policy, capacity building, and inclusive participation in European R&I frameworks.
